OP, I see that you're in Australia. Are there clinics down there that specialize in HRT like the ones in the US? To answer the question, I really have no clue what it might be down there compared to other locations.

There are different HRT programs and the cost can vary greatly. If you were on a test only program the cost would be minimal, with good insurance probably $10 a month for your scrip. Other programs are much more involved and hence cost more.
For my particular program it would not be possible without insurance, the cost of some AI's are outrageous. I take test, deca , aromasin and finasteride, and HCG I get my blood tested every 6 months and have a direct line to my Dr. if needed. Here is the break down:
$100 month Dr. fee
$ 5 month for Test
$ 25 month for the Aro/Fin
$50 month for Deca
$10 month for HCG
$10 for pins and misc
My labs and bloodwork are covered 100% by insurance.
So my total monthly cost is around $200 month. Im sure some guys get it cheaper but Im on a good program and have never had issues with refills or anything else for that matter. I hope this helps 5.0
After I posted this Im not sure if I violated the rules on posting prices, if I did sorry about that. These prices are for legally prescribed meds not UGL'sLast edited by fiveoooh; 02-17-2010 at 03:21 PM.

My insurance plan is $5.00 for office visit, perscription (Testim) is $5.00, bloodwork is free. Now my insurance premium is $ 45.00 a week through my job.

I am 41 and have been using Test and am about to run out. I have reduced the amount to 1cc every 2 weeks. Then I am going to 1/2cc every two weeks. At the end of the two weeks I am going to make an appointment for legal TRT.
