tiny left ball, damaged right ball - The Steroid Question

    Hey,
just joined. So situation is that when i was a kid of about 7 it was discovered that I had two undescended testicles, the right one was brought down via surgery and sits in my sack right now like a soft raisin. It is that small and soft! my left testicle came down of its own accord, is harder and about the same size as a large marble, still much smaller than a normal testicle.

I want to do a course of steroids , and at all costs must prevent my testicles atrophying. What I have available to me is:

    5g Test E
    5000iu HCG
    600 mg Exemestane
    1200 mg Tamoxifen Citrate
    1500 mg Clomiphene

If I do an eight week course with this can I prevent my balls getting smaller?? Could they get bigger???

Plus is there any treatment for my balls??? I am trying to get bloods done to establish my levels

    Please let me know!
    Rebuild!

Welcome to the site ... You'll definitely find a lot of valuable information here. Is your condition a hereditary issue or a malformation caused by some sort of disease? Has it always been this way, or have you had periods in your life where your testicles grew a little? HCG can definitely help with atrophy issues, but ...

This happened when you were 7. If I may ask, how old are you now? Any other stats you can share might also be helpful. Do you have some specific goals or reasons for taking the steroids ? It says you're waiting on blood work, so I don't know if HRT is your main objective or not.

hey thank you so much for replying so soon! The interneted world is absolutely amazing. Its heredity I suppose, called undescended testicle/s.

Yeah its always been that way, think my left ball was a tiny bit bigger, never really noticed anything was wrong until I got more sexually active..

when I was 7 the right ball was surgically brought down and the other one came down of its own accord shortly after.

I'm 32, suffer from arthritis, which I am convinced is effected by the low T in my body, I am really skinny, but used to be more muscular when i did weights before the arthritis set in. The arthritis is practically gone now but has left my hips damaged, I want to do a cycle so as i can gain weight and all the damaged and tight tissues of my body can benefit from the T. Also I read some places that if using HCG whilst on a cycle that you can actually increase sex drive and partially increase size of genitals...

my main objective is to feel healthy and strong! thanks

Amen to the healthy and strong standpoint ... Great objective! I don't know if I'm completely sold on the low "T" causing the arthritis theory, but maybe there is some correlation linking the two. I'm curios, have you checked your iron (TIBC) and ferritin levels. If you have a European decent and have not checked this, then do so to rule out hemocromatosis and/or the carrier gene associated with this disease. Whatever you do, do it under close observation of a good doctor. In your case, a doctor might be able to get a good TRT program dialed in for you, which could possibly include some HCG, and maybe even a little Deca to help rebuild things a little faster ... BUT, again, do it 100% under doctor's supervision due to the conditions you've had and still have.

A few months ago, I would have debated HCG having any sex drive capability. I did a run of it for 10 days while being off of TRT for a month (doctor's protocol), and it didn't do anything for enhancing my sex drive. Now, my doctor has me taking 250iu x 3 each week, along with 200mg of Test Cyp and I'm as bad as a teenager right now. I've got to do lab work again in 6 weeks and will have to drop down if my "T" levels are getting too high, but for now I'm on cloud 9. So, the "T" shots definitely help, but since I've added the HCG in conjunction during the week, it's gone through the ceiling (and anything else I can get it through).

JPK, my doctor just started me on this new protocol a few weeks ago. After about a week my libido shot way up. Also, that sore nut sensation I've been getting when taking "T" has seemed to go away. My left nut always seemed to ache ... Now it's just busting! I should probably start a thread and get some perspective on this across the board ... I really didn't expect all that much when this new protocol was started, but I'm glad I was wrong

When they say your RBC is "high", do you know what that count is? Yes, steroids can have an impact on RBC, but get the numbers first before doing anything else. My RBC is on the high end of the scale, but I do just fine with HRT.

IMO ... Here's the lab work that I would request:
-CBC w/diff & platelet (this one will answer the above question)
-Comp Metabolic Panel (include ALT & AST if it isn't already)
    -Ferritin
    -Iron & TIBC
    -Lipid Panel
    -Thyroid w/TSH (T3, T4)
    -Testosterone (free, total)
    -IGF
    -LH
    -Estradiol & Progesterone
-PSA (Tell him to throw in a good old fashioned prostate check just for good measure. You can thank me later )

Did you start suffering from the arthritis at a young age?

Be careful with this bro and watch it VERY closely. T will more than likely cause your RBC to rise even further. My Doc just called Friday and said my RBC numbers were over the top. Will find out the number and the rest of my numbers tomorrow.

Come on JPK, I thought he might get a rise with that one ... Anyways, that part of the deal was obviously a joke, but the main lab work is serious and I hope we get some numbers on the results.
