My uncle is 57 and he asked me about HGH therapy. He plays golf and walks most of the time. He wants to regain some of his strength and stamina. The thing is he is a little overweight--about twenty pounds--his diet isn't great and his BP is a little high. My suggestion was to eat better and do some resistance training and see if that helps. I think he doesn't want to put in the work. So, my question is if he changes nothing about his diet and exercise would HGH do him any good?
