New blood results...what do you guys think?

My protocol was 300mg/ week split into 2 doses at 150mg each. I got my blood drawn 2.5 days after an injection.

My test levels are great however my estrogen is a bit high, I am not taking anything for the estrogen so I am backing my dose down to 200mg per week in hopes that it will bring down my estrogen and my total in range.

IMO, for TRT purposes, your test isn't great, it's high! It is the aromatization from the testosterone that is whacking your E2 out of range. I presume you're doing this all by yourself, as for no doctor would be kicking you this much "T", especially without using some sort of AI.

My suggestion ... Cut your "T" back, and add some Arimidex . HRT is about balance, and those levels can't be sustained over the long haul to achieve stable scores. You might run a lipid panel as well if you haven't already.

Lipid panel was good. I am planning on lowering the dose first to see what that does with the estrodial if that doesnt help then Ill get some AI's.

when will you do blood work again? will you also do it 2 days after injection?

How old are you? Your IG1F looks high, are you on GH as well? E2 is def too high. You should get it under control soon - and you will probably need some help at least at first with an AI.

I will get blood done in 6 weeks and have it drawn the same time after the injection. I am 25 years old I am only taking test. If my e2 is high again then I will start taking some AI's. I am just looking to be around the top range of test and 20-30 for e2.

however, question nobody asked yet...how do you feel with those numbers from that 300mg dose?

Before seeing my results I told the doc I felt the estrogen was high and that my T was high as well because of the excess hair growth. Sexually nothing has changed still not waking up with one or having much of any unless forced.

interesting observation...i dont wake up with one always either but occasional random wood and/but always when the time is right...which i prefer so i'm not left with a chore
dont think hormones are the only factor as bloodflow is involved from different areas of the body...but i guess if in one's case where the dose is changed and u wake up having to wait to pee then u know thats the issue
