Nebido (Test U.) or Test E. for HRT???

    Hi there guys!

I am new to this forum, so Iet me say a few things about myself first.

24 y.o., 6"1', 210 pounds, around 13% BF... I go to gym 4x a week for the past 4 years.. My nutrition is great, even thoguh i have a stressfull job, and I often do not get enough sleep.

For the past few months I have noticed severe loss of sex drive, stamina in the gym, and general mood, which in the end also resulted with occasional ED.

I had 3 bloodtests done, and the first one showed total T. of only 320... That really freaked me out, so I stopped training for like the next month, and my second and third test showed a total T levels around 430, and free T levels were in the upper half of the targeted values. However, my general condition didn't get any better...

Next week I'm going to see my endo, to discuss the possibility of HRT, because it's obvious to me that these test levels are too low for me. At our last meet endo also told me that these levels are too low for someone of my age.
I have to point out that I never did any cycles, plus my LH/FSH values are good, and my testicles are healthy, according to the doctors..

So, what i would like to know is - what would be a better choice of HRT, Nebido 1000mg every 12 weeks, or regular test E. 100mg/week??

I read some case studies where Nebido got better results in keeping the T blood levels more stable, but I would like to hear about some real experience from you guys who have maybe used both???

    Thnx a lot guys!!!

Either will do the job great, but I swapped on to Nebido from Test E and it was far better in my opinion, I would never go back to weekly injections when i can get the same or better blood values and inject every 12 wks.

Ive written a thread on Nebido please check it out :HRT therapy Nebido:

    marcus,
I just started the nebido HRT...I go back in a week for the second injection. Can you please tell me if you use anything else during your therapy? Arimidex , HCG , Clomid, etc.? I worry about testicle shrinkage and semen production....any and all recommendations would be appreciated. Also, that first injection was extremely painful...did you find by injecting in two different locations...less pain? Thanks.

Quick question - when is the suspected "approval" date for Nebido in the United States? My Endo thought sometime this summer. He has clinics in Europe and says his patients have better results with Nebido...similar to your experience.

    Thanks.
