HCG therapy for TRT

I posted on here before about discontinuing TRT due to trying to have more kids and basically being curious to see what myu body would do. When I stopped I did a PCT of 3 weeks HCG at 500 IU's ED. In addition I used Nolvedex, 20 mg/day for 6 weeks and Aromasin at 20 mg ED for 4 weeks. That was back in December 2009. I got tested the other week and obviously Free and total test were low again. I am still trying to have a kid and I read that HCG alone can be used as HRT and raise natty levels. I am just wondering what I should do as far as dosages and length of time and such to begin another HCG regiment, along with Nolvedex and anything else I might need (Aromasin again?).

Have you thought about just running HCG along side your TRT program? You will definitely feel better. How low were your levels? How long were you on TRT Before stopping?

I am interested in this as well. I don't mean to thread-jack but I think this is relevant.

History:

Been on TRT for hypogonadism since August 2007. My previous docs had prescribed .50cc/wk or 100mg/wk. Testicular atrophy was mild but not too noticeable. Fast forward to my current doc. He has changed my 'scrip to .5-1cc/wk...of course I take the full 200mg/wk of Test Cyp. since I have the option. My problem is that I have had significant testicular atrophy over the past few months, basically going from somewhat "normal" testicular size to about "grape" size for lack of a better description.

My question:

Can HCG be used while on TRT to decrease/reverse testicular atrophy and if so, do you build a tolerance to HCG effects if taken consistently while on TRT. Obviously I am on for life, so I want go the best route, but walking around with balls the size of peanuts is kinda depressing.

Side note:

I intend on discussing this with my doc, I just want to get an idea of what I might be looking at since my next bloodtest and appointment is still 2 months away.

I run HCG alongside my TRT protocol. However, I give my self a break every couple of months (2 months on, 1 month off). I do this to keep the boys awake, so to speak. I also give my body a break, just because I read a study that long-term HCG use without a break can result in high E2 levels. Plus, it's a little cheaper also.

Outside of my boys being fuller, I don't notice any other effects from it. Maybe a sperm analysis would tell more or tell how much it's working. My doc swears by it and I've read a lot of promising things about it.

Sorry if that was confusing. I cycle just the HCG . Test is full-time.

My doc just added HCG today. It says 200units every 4th day after my test injection which is every 6 days. Does that sound right or is it that to much?

Hey guys,
Is there anyone out there who can help me, because this condition really sucks. My doc put me on TRT even though my levels were good. He claimed it would increase muscle mass etc. Well the side effect now is my left nut has ascended and it is a case of Testicula atrophy. I can't even get s hard on anymore and my T levels are way down. Meanwhile my good ol doc has skipped the State.
I heard my only hope is HCG therapy to kick start my nuts back into production Testerone . Anyone out there know the correct protocal for this.my finances are tight and I can't find a doc to help me.

HCG can be used alone to raise test levels if you have low LH levels. If your LH levels are mid-range or upper range, then HCG probably won't raise your natural test too much.

I was on Test Cyp and my boys shrank big time, along with the sac. Went on HCG . Did 250 IU two times a week. After two weeks the boys were back to their normal size. I am now doing 100 mg Test / week (divided into two shots a week subq) and 500 IU HCG / week (also divided into two shots a week subq). Works like a champ.
