TRT and children? 26 and test is at 261ng
hey, i had my first appointment at an endocrinolgoist after my doctor did some bloodwork and my test levels came back at 261ng. ive been tired lately and sex drive is dying, as well as weak erections so i knew something was wrong.
doc mentioned trt, im 26 years old and want to have kids...last case scenerio is trt, but if that ends up happening is children out of the question?
any advice would be great...thank you

at your age most docs would put you on HCG and/or clomid while on TRT so you can still make da babies.. just talk to the doc about it and let him know your concerns..
I will point out that several people have posted about vision changes with clomid so just be aware of it if you already have bad eyesight.

Prolonged use of Clomid desensitizes the LH receptors. I wouldn't take it for long periods of time. Could make you worse in the long run.
Take testosterone , and when you want to have kids, then they should pump you with Clomid and HCG to get your guys back functioning.

its a major concern of mine so we have been exploring our options. It's costly if your insurance doesn't cover it, but i'm going to talk deeply with my doc about this on the next visit.
