    can i use hrt to my advantage

    ive been on a 1cc shot weekly for about 3 months with some gains ,but i would like more being the beach is just around the corner. how can i use my hrt to my advantage to big muscle/strength gains? any help is appreciated

    Can you share your stats? What was your life like before HRT, and what's your outlook now? Be patient, it will only get better if you keep the commitment alive!

    The long and skinny of it is:
    1) Lots of the right foods, portioned out 5-to 6 times per day. Check the diet section out if you're not fully up to speed. Drink lots of water!

    2) Plenty of vitamins, EFA, glutamine, aminos.

    3) Lots of time at the gym. "Big 4", compound exercises, basically bust your ass to every which way and Sunday! And if BF is an issue then cardio is going to have to be ramped up. And with that said, don't overdo it!

    4) Get lots of rest.

    Like he said, no pct. I am doing some extra test(for summer cut) along with some deca (joint pain). If you have a estrogen blocker you are good to go.

    Guys, is this the only advise there is for a guy that has been on HRT for 3 mos? We don't even know his stats and we're telling him that his ship has come in by having no PCT. For all we know he might not even know what PCT is. Let's get back to basics first.

    agree with vette....
    really a lack of information in the original post to begin with....1 shot? pretty vague and not really a question for HRT forum....looks like looking for cycle advice

    sorry for not giving enough info in my first post: stats 32yrs 205lbs. bf ?not sure and i have copd. my test levels were in the low 200's. yes i guess i should have posted in the cycle forum -i just wasnt really sure. i've been lifting for about 5yrs with par gains. because of my disease ive had to critique my routine. the med's i am on-i battle muscle and bone loss.so needless to say its been hell and very frustrating but im f'n determined. i've started the dc workout about 4 months ago and by far its been the best workout routine with strength gains. cardio is almost zero but i do try and jump on an elliptical when i am able ,just not able to go long. my diet is pretty well in check,i follow dante pretty well. any help is appreciated-thanks guys
