    Varying test levels

When I had my test levels checked at 4:00 PM they were 236 ng/ml on a 280-800 range.

When I had them checked at 7:30 AM they came back at 437 ng/ml on the same scale.

How the Hell is there that much difference in a single day???

Also, I work out at night when my test levels are apparently low, according to these tests. So, does that mean I am not getting the same benefit I would if I worked out in the AM?

Oh, and there is no way in hell doc will consider hrt

In order to have a proper check of your levels do the following:

    1. Rest three days.
    2. The dinner of the third day must be within 8 pm.
    3. The fourth day go to your lab in the morning (8 am) on an empty stomach before breakfast.

Also, do not take any drugs during those three days and do not eat any soy.
