    Two days after first shot

    Well its been two days since my first shot. I don't really feel a lot different. The shot was 200mg. Mood may be a little better but not significantly. No improvement on libido yet either. I did feel a bit better in the gym, but I think that had more to do with having a two day break after about 14 straight training days.

    Can anyone tell me when I should start to notice a bigger difference? Also, how quickly will my BF% go down? Over the last few years I had gotten quite the belly.

    current stats:
    age: 38
    height: 73.5 inches
    weight: 215lbs
    body fat %: ~24

    My testosterone levels pre-injection was 186
    Its been 2 days since I had my first 200mg injection and I will be taking 100mg per week.

    You probably won`t feel anything for atleast a few weeks, it takes about 5-6 weeks fer Test cyp or Test Enanthate to peak anyways. You will not lose any fat without doing cardio and having a better diet. Watch out for estrogen sides at that high bf%.

    I experienced a noticable improvement in cognitive function right away. My mental clarity was better as was my ability to focus and concentrate. My gym workouts were also improved within the first week. I had more energy, I didn't get fatigued as quickly, and after two weeks my recovery from workouts was also significantly better. I'm rarely sore the next day after working out in spite of the facts that I've been working out much harder than before.

    I noticed strength gains about the 3rd week and have made small, steady gains since then and I'm now in my 7th week.

    My libido hasn't changed much. More desire, but I'm still having issues finishing the job. My diet changed radically for the better two weeks ago and I've dropped about 8 lbs. but my body composition is clearly changing. I'm definitely adding more muscle mass and since the scale is still moving down I have no idea how much fat I'm burning, but I am making progress. Just yesterday I had someone give me the up-and-down look, followed by "you're getting bigger. Have you been back in the gym?" And this was from some dude at work who has no idea what I'm doing with TRT or at the gym. And I'm sure he wasn't hitting on me. ...so I'm clearly making gains.

    I have made huge gains over the last 10 weeks without the test. I have dropped from 258lbs down to 215. My body fat was off the charts. I am really hoping that starting test this week will push me over the top. My diet is excellent. I am taking in about 1200-1500 calories a day. I am following high protein, low fat/carb diet. Mainly egg whites, chicken, black beans and some protein bars.

    Wow!!! Very impressive in 10 weeks.
