no, its a pill, testim is the gel, I split the adex 1g in half and take one a day

Yea... I knew the test was a gel...Now we are getting somewhere... You can take the adex whenever. Especially since you are taking it everyday. If you are taking the adex at .5mgs ed just as a precaution thats a mistake. Adex should be taken ONLY when you have signs of elevated estro.

If you insist on taking it even though you dont have symptoms of high estro, you need to greatly reduce the dose! Like .25 eod.

73 on a scale of 0-52, gyno prone, sore nips, acne, reduced sex drive, lol its always been a problem 24 yo male, 248 test before trt

Bro, stop talking in riddles.. Are you saying that your estro is 72 on a 0-50 scale??
So you have gotten blood work?
If that is the case then the adex can be run at those levels. Only if your bloodwork indicates it.
How long have you been on the adex.
Having to little estro will cause some of your symptoms as well.
I would think that you could get away with a smaller dose.

Doc started me on .5 adex ed and 1 tube of testim ed
I have had puberty induced gyno, and the last few days I have experienced sore nips, acne, and other side effects, I was just wondering if there was a certain time that I should take the adex so that it would be most effective, because I don't know how quickly they body aromatizes estrogen.

I see. It doesnt matter when you take it. Give it some time and then repeat some bloodwork to see where your estro levels are.
