    results?

Any trt guys find losing weight to be easier during therapy? I'm kinda couch potato fat not obese. Plan on really cleaning the junk out of my diet and getting much more active. Any find fat loss to be sped up? Are you gaining any lean muscle mass from the weight room? Figure I could lose 25# of blubber to get back to a lean version of me. Any advice based on ur experiences would be awesome. Thanks KS

TRT can be your friend during this period, BUT it's going to be up to you to make this happen. It's not a case of "planning on" cleaning it up and getting more active, it's got to be a full commitment!

Yes, I'm gaining some lean muscle at the weight room. Not much time on the couch. When I am on the couch, it's usually with a can of tuna or something similar, and making a post like this.

Your fat loss will be "sped up" the sooner you drop the chips and head your ass to the gym. The lean version of you is counting on your decisions today.

If you do nothing, you may gain weight. You will probably eat more and gain some water weight.
