HRT with AAS question
I'm currently on test C 210 mg and deca 200 mg every week, devided doses so two injections a week, on wk 6 of 10wks. I am very new to HRT and AAS peroid. I now have the chance to add 25mg winstol ed for the last 4 wks of my deca run.
What do you guys think? I've had some nice weight gain on the deca but still have a good bit of visceral fat. My diet is good, no refined sugars, I workout at a minimum of 5 days a week of weight training or body weight exercises. I swim or mountain bike for cardio, 2 - 3 times a week. My joints feel good, and i feel good.

some will say 50mg ed and others 50mg eod (or 25mg daily). Don't really know which is best.

he has a point..what is your body fat?...i did deca and winny at same levels you said for same time about 5 months ago..got strong and hard as a rock..very vascular, but winny killed my bloods and acne..i am switching to var/deca/test in a few wks..never do winny again...PEOPLE SAY IF YOU ARE NOT LOW IN BODY FAT DOING WINNY OR VAR IS A WASTE..JUST WHAT IVE HEARD, MAYBE SOMEONE ELSE WILL GET IN ON THIS FOR YOU..

Your right, I started reading the diet section, not just thumbing through, and see where I've been making some mistakes with carbs. I'm also on the hypocaleric side, with eating good foods at the wrong time and combinations. Will work on cleaning it up.
My cardio isn't as much as it has been in the past, injury, I'm hoping the winny will give me a little edge I've not had before.
Workouts:
Weights: both focus and crossfit style X5-6 week
Cardio: masters swim, crossfit, mountain biking (recent as weather is nice) X2-5 week depends on WOD intensity.
Will focus heavily on the diet.

I'm 22% by tape and the hand held electrical meter. I'm a meso, the lowest I've ever been is around 15%.
Thank for sharing your experience, I had thought about var but let price turn me towards winny.
At the end of the day, I feel great the androgenic has me feeling like a teen again, with the maturity of an adult. It helped my relationship with my wife and kids. So mission accomplished. The anabolics are an extra so anything I get with them is a bonus.
