    ibs and steroids

Hey guys! Hopefully this is the right section. What would be the best gear for somebody with ibs. Or would gear be a bad thing all together.

I had a bad reaction to some antibiotics last year that left me with ibs and I don't want to make it worse by taking gear but I really want to do a cycle. Anybody have some good advice?

I had IBS pretty bad before I started pinning test . Now it seems like my IBS has gone away . I can eat foods now that hurt me before . I would not take any orals is my only suggestion.

Thanks for the information. Yeah, I guess it would be a bad idea to take any orals like d-bol or something like that. I guess I'm gonna give it a go with test and deca .

I know that some steroids can be bad for ibs but I wasn't sure about anabolics.

I have had i.b.s for 3 years and i can tell you some gear makes it worse some makes it better. Sustanon makes it worse because of the different release times of the different esters, that makes ibs really bad on the other hand cypionate and enanthate make it better because of the steady release time of those esters.Other things that agravate ibs is nitric oxide boosters like arganine and various other bodybuiding suppliments, and you cant forget pde5 inhibitors like cialis and viagra and levitra all those things will make ibs alot worst. Now the things that have help me are probiotics, apple cider vinegar and coconut, and grape fruit juice, all those things will kill the bad bacteria in your gut and probiotics replace the bad with the good.

Yeah, I've been taking in probotics like home made kefir, yogurt, and some store bought capsules.

So I guess deca and test e wouldn't be a bad idea? I actually read somewhere that clomid could help with ibs. I don't know how much truth is behind that.

The steadier or even that your hormone levels are the better your ibs will get, but unsteady levels will make it worse.the thing that really turned it around for me was apple cider vinegar that improved it 80%.whatever you do do not take sustanon cause it will make ibs flare up really bad.

Thanks for the advice. I'm gonna get some of that apple cider vinegar. I know it wouldn't hurt to try. I heard it was good for acid reflux but I never heard of the connection with ibs. Could you clear it up for me why it helps you?

Vinegar kills bacteria especially the bad bacteria, some doctors speculate that antibiotics kill of good bacteria thats why some people get ibs after taking antibiotics.Apple cider vinegar not only kills bad bacteria but also has vitmins and minerals in it. The best kind is the raw unfiltered stuff, that has the most vitamins. I drink a tablespoon full a week as a maintenance program but at first i would drink 1 tablespoon every 3 days.
