Sleep Apnea
If someone that is overweight and has had sleep apnea for years were to get on a CPAP and get it fixed how much could this elevate their testosterone levels ? My brother is a big guy 6'3" @ 350 lbs 28 years old. He has low test levels of around 200. He has had sleep apnea and is about to get on a CPAP.
I was just very curious about how much higher his levels could go up naturally? He was thinking he needs to be on TRT. But I was thinking fixing the sleep apnea will fix it all. Also some working out and better diet of coarse.

I can only imagine that there is a lot of stress and imbalance contributing to your brother's problem. I hope he's taking the steps to get that under control, which will in turn probably fix about 90% of his health issues.
