    HGH good idea?

I am 25, and recently had keyhole surgery to repair some damaged cartilage in my elbow from sporting injury.

Would Human Growth Hormone be a good idea for me at the age of 25, I want to get back into sport asap and heard HGH is good for repairing this sort of thing.

One of my friends recommended taking 4IUs EoD - is this better than just taking 2 IUs ED or what? I am also worried about Gyno, my friend also said it doesn’t cause gyno, but this goes against what I’ve read on here...

Alternatively I am thinking of using one of the natural HGH releasers.

At you age either 2 or 4 iu would be too less, IMHO.
I mean from 4 iu you could receive some benefits but nothing terrific.
Also, I would use a ed protocol 7 days a week.
Regarding gyno, it could happen yes but I have never read anything similar at that low dosage.

In regard of natural HGH releasers, I would go for GHRP only.

I would stay away from gh at your age, with a good diet and the right physio your body will do the job just fine IMO.

How about the GHRP? stay away from that also? This is new to me and just read some other posts about it (looks good), but going to do some research too.

just curious what formula would you use to determine how much HGH to use?
