    HRT Question

OK Hope I'm not breaking any major rules here but I posted this question in the over 40 section because...well I am over 40 and now I am posting it here because...well I am going on HRT so here's hoping I get some good responses

Well I am about to go on HRT with an Anti-Aging clinic. I had my consultation today and tomorrow I do the blood work. I've had blood work done 3 times in the last few months by my doctor so I know it's low enough. I am 45 years old and after talking to the consultant he said unless something comes back in the blood work that requires fine tuning for me the standard is 200mg Test Cyp a week and HCG and Anastrozole.

The consultant said the goal of their clinic is to keep my level between 900 and 1000 at all times.

So my question is if I eat right and lift heavy (Like I have already been doing) is that enough to get steady gains? I know it's not like a cycle but will it be enough to gain a good amount of muscle if I work hard at it?

I am 175 pounds 5'10" I squat sets of 340 pounds I do chin-ups with a 45 hanging from my waist and dips with 55 hanging. I just don't get bigger I am pretty defined though for my age.

By the way whats the chances that amount puts me over 1000? I know free test is the key here and mine is 24.2 pg/ml last time checked so I will work on getting that higher. I plan on adding nettle leaf extract if I can find it to my profile.

and yes it could put you over 1000 depending on several things like how your body reacts to it, amount of hcg , etc. Good luck to you and your new life bro.

Hi Streeter. I would be grateful if you would pm me the name of the clinic. I need to make a change. Thanks! Bob
