Finally had some bloodwork done, and My Estradiol results are 21 (value) <56-pg/ml and free test at 650. Opinions?

I think your E2 is at the borderline low range. Any lower and you might start to see some sides.

Are you sure the test was not for "Total" T? 650 is normal for Total T. [Range is 300-1200.] "Free T" on the other hand, should be a much lower number. [Depending on your age, normal ranges from 6.6 to 26.5.]

There's a thread on this site that goes in to much more detail. It would be worth reading for you to get a better understanding. Interpretation of Free Testosterone, Estrogen, and Total Testosterone Blood Tests

I was wrong, the Test was total. I should add that my last Test dose was 2 weeks ago. normal dose is 125 per week of Sustanon . Thanks guys.

Then is sounds like you're good to go. The only thing I would add is, if you're on an AI, you may want to check your E2 numbers again in another 4-6 weeks to make sure your dosage is OK. In the mean time, if you start feeling crappy, lose libido etc. I would dial the AI back. Like Vetteman said, any lower and you might start having problems.

Thanks for the response, not currently on an AI and just trying to determine if I need one.

It's always good to have a AI on hand, but in your case you don't need to take any at the moment. In fact, a little more E2 might be good in your case. Check your DHEA levels if you get a chance. Could be low and you can easily add a little to the mix, which will also convert to E2. Just need to run regular labs (every 3 months IMO) to see your progress.

What is the DHEA? I had several results and want to check them for this. Thanks.

Here's a decent link that will tell you more about DHEA: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/d...ient-dhea.html

I firmly believe that by keeping adequate levels of this hormone you will be able to balance and optimize other hormonal activities downstream, such as testosterone & estrogens, thus helping to make your hormonal pathways operate more efficiently. Pregnenolone could also be considered, which can also convert downstream to DHEA.

Is this your estradiol or one of the other estrogen tests? Your first post was showing your E2 at 21 ... So I'm beyond baffled if you're saying it jumped to 124 this past week. Can you please clarify?
