First Blood work results after starting TRT. T and E2 WAY HIGH!

    OK,
I got my first results post TRT. I have been taking 1mL (200mg) of testosterone enanthate once per week for 2 months and these are the latest results:

    Testosterone serum (L) 1062 250-1100

    Free Testosterone (direct) 317.5 35-155 %2.99

    Estradiol (E2) 112 <54

(ill have more detail later, she just read these over the phone)

My original levels before TRT are as follows:

tests 8 testosterone, free and total (140103)
    Testosterone serum (L) 167 ng/dl 241-827 *41

    Free Testosterone (direct)
    {L} 3.4 pg/nl 6.8-21.5 *42

I am confused by the difference in the newest and older free testosterone scores. Are they using a different yardstick or testing a different type of testosterone? Why are the reference ranges and scores so drastically different?

    --------------
It's clear i need an AI huh?
    Any Opinions on these results?...

    Thank All in advance!

Didn't you use an AI to keep E2 low ?

Get that E2 in check ASAP. Triple digit E2 levels is a very serious matter, worse than low-T.

Get on the phone with your Doc and address that E2 issue. Gyno can occur but the other items that should be a concern is the bloat, water retention, high BP, fat deposits, depression, mood swings, etc.

Let's not forget: enlarged prostate, prostate cancer, testicular cancer or even breast cancer. [YES... While rare, breast cancer in men is possible.]

    Thanks all.
I called the Dr. He is going to refer me to an endo. Hopefully it does not take a long time.
