    Pre-existing gyno and TRT

I've just recently started trt and I've had a small case of gyno for the last couple years. Nothing too bad it just looks like my nipples are always hard. Problem is I'm starting to get some sensitivity around the nipples again and I'm worried it's gonna grow. Any suggestions on what I should take and how often?

    I'm 24 and I'm running 200 a week.

Stack, what's happening man? On your TRT program, has your doctor talked to you about including a AI? If so, if not, do you know where your E2 level is at? You probably need some Adex, or something like it, but the E2 score in needed before you or a doctor can determine the dosage. I personally haven't had to deal with any gyno, but Nolvadex seems to be pretty popular with helping guys to knock it in the early stages.

So let us know if you ran some baseline labs and we can try to help with your protocol. It would be good to run another set of labs 6 weeks after the originals, and then a couple months thereafter. You will want to see how your body is adapting to your protocol, especially when other products like AI's are introduced. Lastly, can you tell us more about your TRT program?

Yeah I suffered with low t for a long time before finally starting trt. It had to do with a mix of no medical insurance and hesitation to make such a big decision.

No adex. I was planning on getting some but when it comes to low doses such as trt doses I'm not sure how it should be run.

Ok this is complicated so I'm gonna try to simplify it as much as possible. I'm getting bloodwork done in 2-3 weeks. So I may have to wait until then to get exact levels.

The complicated part is I don't have health insurance and here in the US healthcare is not cheap. I was going to a gp who started everything and I told him he would have to prescribe me self injections but he didn't want to so I just got some pharma grade on my own and will be doing bloodwork soon to see how I'm reacting. I've been getting help from a few members here. I just can't afford to go to the dr weekly and pay for the test on top of it. I guess the best thing to do is just wait for bloodwork but I don't want this gyno to get bad so is there a baseline dose and I could take just to be safe for a few weeks?

Got ya. Blood work is going to be essential here. Definitely run some labs as soon as you can and post em up. A conservative dose of Adex would be .025mg x 2/wk, but I'm hesitant to suggest that to you without knowing your E2. Try to run a complete panel if you can with the full gamut of CBC's, Lipids, Metabolic, Hormones, PSA, etc. There's a pretty decent setup with privatemdlabs.com on their Ultimate Male Panel if you're needing a place to do BW with. I can get you the code for an extra 15% off if you've never used them before.

How much TRT are you taking every week? Are you also looking at HCG or anything else like B-12 to compliment your regiment? Don't know if your situation is primary or secondary, which would obviously be a factor with HCG.

I understand that things can be complicated with docs and personal situations, etc. I just want to make sure you're getting all the information you need to make the best decisions for your health.

    Hey stack,

Check out my post about, "Reasonably Priced HRT". It should help address *a lot* of your issues regarding being able to afford *legit HRT* without insurance. It's what I'm doing right now and I'm saving nearly 80% off list price for everything including testing and meds while working with my doc who writes all my scripts.

As for the AI, if you do go that route, I'd recommend Anastrozole; it's the generic version of Arimidex and at 5% of the cost, much easier to live with.

P.S. I *fully* agree with Vetteman on the testing etc.

I'm on 200mg test e a week. That's all I'm running at the moment as I haven't gotten the bloodwork done yet to know what else may be needed. I've only been on a little over a month. I'll check out that site about the blood panel and get as much as I can tested.

Not sure what you mean by primary or secondary tho.
