Endo appointment next week?

Next week I have an appointment to see an endoencrologist to look at ways to sort my testosterone , as of march when I was on a severe high dose of prednisolone (cortico-steroid ) it seemed to have killed my test. Basically I have the following feelings for the last 6 months in general:

.Emotional, feel upset for no reason.
.Hot flushes, sweat seep thru skin at random point?
.Can get errections but no feeling of "horny-ness"
.don't get morning wood
.tired/lethargic and feeling depressed.
.feel fragile?
.No sex drive and not interested in sex very much.

At 20 years old, and last year I had a raging sex drive and start of year. I had my testosterone checked 2 months ago it was 9.8 (normal being 10-30). I had it checked again a month ago and it was 7.1. They said they want it at least at 15 but 25 it should be at least.

I go to see an endo but really I don't want to go on trt for the rest of my days, so im thinking they may just pan me off with test-gel. Im in two minds weather just to take a shot of hcg or go on cycle? because can't really put up with this much longer frustrating and embaressing.cheers.

Prednisolone = Prednisone
I had never heard/read about it lowering your test leves but now that I googled it I have....
I guess this could explain a few things for me since I took it off and on for years due to sciatic nerve issues due to my back.

No dont go ON cycle. Have you dont a cycle before? What? When? How much? If the answer is yes then this is probably why you have low test levels now.

Hopefully you can get your levels jump started again with proper PCT or whatever you doctor prescribes.

^Hi, I've never done a cycle before so that is that out of the question. However I am on the verge of to be honest. Even possibly taking a drug to "hold" my size whilst on the prednisone as it causes muscle atrophy and messes me up quite bad, 8 weeks of it. So if I took something such as anavar this could possible combat these effects... I go to see endo in 2 days but will see what they say... It is very important for me to hold my size and condition and look as this is what my income is! Thanks again.

Scot - a lot of your symptoms sound like high Estrogen (Estrodial) as I had a lot of the same issues. Hopefully your endo will check for this... As lovbyts said, hopefully you can raise your Test levels without adding any testosterone .

^I dnt think they will raise themself? im back on the pred again so it's an even fatter chance. I go to endo on thursday though.

**** sake. been to endo on monday he checked things and listed all my complaints, but he checked my testes and compared with these bead things and said that they are healthy and normal size, but my testosterone came back today and its even worse then last time arghh! instead of 9.8 it's now 7.1...

Fk sake, they keep p1ssing about, im 20 I shouldn't have this crap, I have low test I may as well just go on cycle to be honest.
