    estrogen

some guy recently put a post on my wall and over the past week has got me thinking
    this is what it said:

first of all everyone has estrogen (both males and females). in fact testosterone does convert to estrogen in the body by reacting with the aromatase enzyme (naturally). the body tries to maintain a healthy balance between testosterone and estrogen, so when someone supplements with extra testosterone the body upregulates the aromatase enzyme to produce more estrogen - this is why some people take aromatase inhibitors while on cycle - extra estrogen can cause estrogen related side effects in some people (i.e. those with high body fat).stick around here, do lots of reading, get your diet in check... get your body fat to about 15-20% (closer to 15%).........

so now i am wondering if i have lots of extra estrogen in my body that is making me fat. 8 years ago i did a corse of steriods (i was not fat) and i did not have a clue what i was doing i was young and very silly for not reading about side effects now i am a fat guy could this be the result of estrogen?????????????????????????

Obviously there are many factors which can contribute to increased BF and yes estrogen is one of them. However your flying blind without knowing your actual levels. Your first step needs to be testing which should also include a complete metabolic panel.

As for HCG and Zinc what exactly are you referring to?

Schedule a physical and get some blood work done. Everything else is speculation.
