    Started TRT today

Well today was the first day on TRT. I was given 200mg of Test Cyp by my doctor. He will be administering 200mg every 10 days. He mixes it with Vitamin B12. They do not give any HCg or anything for gyno prevention. He says it is not needed with 200mg e10d,s So does this sound right? I also wonder about roller coaster affect since it is every ten days. So I feel better already my question is should I try to find a estrogen blocker on my own and can I gain muscle mass on this program? I am 45 years old and have been lifting on and off all y life but have been lifting steadily now for last year.

arrogant/ignorant of him to say NOT NEEDED without bloodwork.....should be testing for estro...try to convince him to check soon and keep it checked as often as u can up to 4 times a year if not....check it on your own so you'll know where your at or know that you need it before starting another compound

so it's one 200mg shot per 10 days? Feel that sawbones out and when the time feels right go for the self injection discussion, then you can break it up like most others. Unfort you may have to endure the 10 day crap until he's "comfortable" with you taking care of your own health issues (how fvcked up does that sound?) or find a new quack.

You should see some gains on 200mg depending on diet/workout habits

Roller coaster effect- take notes on how you feel between shots, if it's an issue take your notes with you on shot day

E control: top of the page, ar-r link, liqui-dex.. lots use it, get yours checked first so you have a baseline

Tell him it's impossible for you to come in for regular visits because your job requires you to go out of town for extended periods of time and then ask for him to give you the option to self inject at home. Once you can do that, split the injection to 100mg every 5 days and see how you feel.

Maybe I didn't communicate it well. He did do BW in his defense and does one a month to monitor me. He just said gyno prevention wasn't needed on my dosage.

Yes I am a little worried about that as well. I am done having kids and had a Vasectomy many years ago but I still don't think I want them to dry up like peas. So how small do they get and if I'm not gonna have kids does it really matter?
In the meantime I am researching HCG and trying to find a source. I think I will just ask the TRT wellness center thats treating me to give me a script if he says no I will threaten to take my business elsewhere. I know were not allowed to ask for sources here but if anyone wants to PM me on this subject it would be appreciated.

This is a real good idea! It's not like I am asking for more. I kinda like not having to do my own injections though so maybe I will ask him to just let me come in every 5 days for the shot I know thats more work for him but hell hes making money off me I would think he would. I know he said the only proper place to pin is in the butt and they won't pin anywhere else so I wonder if my butt could take every 5 days switching cheeks my right one is still sore from yesterday.

streeter you may be a good candidate (i'm gonna take some serious sh*t here) for the gel... IF:
you have no desire to self inject, you cant take the ass pain (pun intended) of 2 shots/wk, the doc wont budge on the 200/10days, worries about the roller coaster aspect of the current plan.

Some say gel works fine, for others it was a total waste of time and is sore subject to bring up. I have no experience with the stuff myself.

Point being you have options, consider them all if my "IF's" above are correct. If not, put that jackass in a sleeper until he writes you a script, get some syringes and man up like a good TRT'er ...........pm sent
