SpectrumHRT Client...Should I be concerned?
I've been a Client of Spectrum for awhile. I just ran across this thread.Should I be concerned?
http://forum.mesomorphosis.com/mens-...134297811.html
Basically it says that Spectrum and one of their Customer Reps Chip Wadowski is under FDA and DEA investigation. I was a client of spectrums and Chip Wadowski was my representative.
Here I'll paste the important posts in the thread.
If you've used them, are using them or are thinking about using them I would advise you not to
I"ve used them in the past and without going into details - let's say I was greatly displeased
Anyway - I got this e-mail today which I feel should be shared
TO ALL MY VALUED CLIENTS AND FRIENDS.....
I AM AWARE THAT SPECTRUM HRT HAS SENT OUT AN EMAIL TO MY CLIENT BASE NOTIFYING YOU ALL THAT I WILL NO LONGER BE WORKING AS A CONTRACT CONSULTANT WITH SPECTRUM. THEY HAVE STATED THAT THE RELATIONSHIP HAS BEEN TERMINATED FOR "UNFORESEEN" REASONS. THE RELATIONSHIP WAS SEVERED BY ME, BECAUSE OVER RECENT MONTHS IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT SPECTRUM SERVICES L.L.C., TREASURE COAST PHARMACY, AND APS PHARMACY ARE CURRENTLY AND HAVE, FOR SOME TIME, BEEN UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE FBI AND THE DEA. AFTER AN INCREASING AMOUNT OF YOU HAVE CONTINUALLY CONTACTED ME REGARDING SERIOUS INFECTIONS AND REACTIONS FROM THE MEDICATIONS THAT SPECTRUM IS SUPPLYING TO MY CLIENTS, I HAVE MADE THE PERSONAL AND BUSINESS, IN THE BEST INTEREST OF MY NAME AND REPUTATION, AND YOUR HEALTH, THAT I CAN NO LONGER ASSOCIATE MYSELF WITH THIS LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL OUTFIT.
THEY HAVE ALSO MADE THE BOGUS CLAIM THAT I CANNOT SERVICE YOU, WHICH IS TOTALLY INACCURATE. I HAVE ALL OF YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS IN MY PERSONAL POSSESSION AND THE CONSULTANT THAT YOU CHOSE TO DEAL WITH IS JUST THAT.... YOUR CHOICE. THERE IS NO ONE AT SPECTRUM THAT HAS ANY KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR PROTOCOLS OR DOSING SCHEDULES. THIS "LAST STRAW" FOR ME WAS JUST THE FINAL INCIDENT IN A LONG LINE OF THINGS THAT HAVE LED TO MY DECISION. I CAN NO LONGER CONTINUE TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH A COMPANY THAT IS CONTINUALLY SUPPLYING TAINTED MEDICATIONS TO THE CLIENTS THAT I HAVE WORKED SO HARD TO HELP. AND THEN WHEN THEY DO GET COMPLAINTS, THEY BRUSH THEM OFF AS BEING "LESS THAN IMPORTANT".
I WOULD LIKE TO SINCERELY ASK FOR THE LOYALTY FROM ALL OF YOU TOWARD ME, THAT I HAVE FOUGHT AGAINST SPECTRUM FOR SO LONG TO BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU. I AM CURRENTLY WORKING OUT THE FINAL DETAILS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH A NEW OUTFIT AND IT MAY TAKE ME A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO BE COMPLETELY UP AND RUNNING.
AS EVERYONE OF YOU KNOWS, MY INTEGRITY IS MY MOST PRIZED POSSESSION. EVERYONE OF YOU ARE OF EXTREME AND EQUAL IMPORTANCE TO ME AND I ABSOLUTELY WILL BE ABLE TO SERVICE ALL OF YOUR NEEDS IN THE SAME FASHION AS I ALWAYS HAVE.
ALL YOU NEED TO HAVE IS THE SAME INFORMATION THAT YOU'VE HAD FROM DAY ONE: MY CELL NUMBER. PLEASE CALL OR TEXT ME AND FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME AT THIS ADDRESS. AGAIN, I SIMPLY ASK FOR JUST A LITTLE PATIENCE AND LOYALTY FROM YOU AS I AM GETTING A FEW THINGS WORKED OUT.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR LOYALTY....
CHIP WADOWSKI
BTW - One of the reasons Chip is no longer with Spectrum was that he was selling Chinese HGH on the side to his clients
SO - this looks like it could get really ugly really fastAs to Spectrum Services and Chip - I have been advised by the President of the company that they (Spectrum) will be going to court on Monday to obtain a cease and desist order against Chip - I have also been advised that Chip was fired because he was selling Chinese hgh to his clients on the side - I have also been told that there are no investigations against Spectrum at this time
As to Chip - he was selling steroid cycles disguised as HRT - what use in anavar , nandrolone and testosterone propionate in TRT?? Does one use 600mgs of tst prop in TRT?? He was on several boards - most notably ************ - advising people to send him bloodwork and they would be prescribed whatever they needed - including hgh
As to Spectrum - at no time in my dealings with Chip did I ever have a phone consult with a doctor - Chip would basically "prescribe" what you needed and process the order - this sounds a lot like practicing medicine without a license although it was claimed that every prescription was "reviewed" by a doctor. Question - if a doctor sees prescriptions for hgh, nandrolone, stanozolol shouldn't he/she question it??
Afte the problems I had with Chip - including getting an e-mail offering to sell me blue top hgh - I contacted Spectrum and spoke to the president of the company - at that time they gave me a credit for what I had previously spent and promised me a phone consult with a doctor
The phone consult was a joke - IMO - Spectrum is located in Florida but called ID showed a NJ number for the Dr in question who proceeded to prescribe 20% 200mg/g testosterone cream AND 10mg of anavar as well
The anavar wrecked my blood lipids so that when I took a followup blood test and saw the results I immediately stopped taking it
The 20% cream elevated my testosterone levels so much that the Dr reduced it to a 10% cream the next time we spoke
He also prescribed 250ius of hcg 2x/week which is correct BUT Spectrum sent me an 11,000 iu bottle WITH NO bac water for reconstitution - apparently he doesn't know that hcg has a shelf life of only 30 days upon reconstitution
So - needless to say I stopped using them
Based upon my experiences with them I CANNOT recommend them for HRT purposes
I know he was selling the blue tops he sent emails to all of his clients. I just dont want to get in trouble also from having been associated with them. I had no idea I was breaking any laws!Last edited by DiceyBB; 10-21-2010 at 08:19 AM.

I'm not worried about the legal ramifications for me, as a client. Even if Chip or Spectrum is under investigation the focus would be on them and the medical practice, not those of us who have been following along with what we have believed to be a legit medical protocol under the advice of a medical doctor, with a prescription for what we are taking. If any of their practices are not legit, that's not on us as customers.

^^ x2
I'm not a doctor. I go to a doctor/clinic under the faith that they will uphold whatever laws and guidelines they are bound to as medical practitioners. So I wouldn't worry about the legal ramifications so long as you've been doing your part in good faith (ie, being honest about any medical issues, getting bloodwork done, etc). With that said, it sounds like there's a lot of drama going on with the place you're using, so on that factor alone, it may be worth going somewhere else.

The guy is either insane or just stupid. I've still got all the emails he sent us trying to sell Chinese blue top HGH.

Chip moved on and is with a new HRT company. Spectrum has a new HRT rep. I haven't decided on which way I'm going but I'm most likely to take the path of least resistance which means sticking with the clinic that already has all of my paper work, physical, and blood work on file. I have had no problem with the quality of the products provided by the pharmacies Spectrum uses and unless I get some additional evidence to raise concern I'll probably stick with them. I've gotta say both parties have handled it with way too much drama.

I've been using a "well known compounding pharmacy" out of FL with no complaints. First got to know them back in 2004-2005, seems like they have changed names now, but have never had a problem with any of their gear. Never been a customer of this chip guy or spectrum, but another similiar outfit.

I have used Spectrum and heard both sides of the story. They had a falling out and Chip went off on his own. I wouldn't worry about any legal problems. I suffer from low test, I submitted blood work, it was reviewed by a doctor that i was charged for, and the prescription came from a pharmacy. As far as tainted medications, i have never heard anyone complain. I would think Chip might be in a little trouble because I would imagine the clients and their personal information is the property of Spectrum and not his. Shame that they let it get to level that it did with both sides bad mouthing each other. Not very professional in my opinion.

Chip was fired. They found out he was selling Blue Top HGH to his clients. Chip now is affiliated with this clinic http://www.maximushrt.com/index.html
