    HCG as a cutting cycle?

    I was just thinking since I am now on TRT with HCG after I gain some muscle back if I wanted to try to cut the little belly fat I have left couldn't I just modify my diet and go to every day injections of HCG basically like the diet recommends for the 23 days then after the diet go back to the TRT schedule of HCG. I watched some youtube videos of men who did the HCG diet and they don't seem to lose muscle just fat so it got me wondering.

    I like the part about modifying your diet, but I wouldn't do the HCG /ed thing. Just modify the diet to be more of a "cutting" diet (there's good info in the diet section), up your cardio, work your core, and add some AI if you need to get your E2 lower, which in turn will help with water retention.

    hcg diets from what i've heard have you eating only 500 calories a day...i dont think you want to go that route u are bound to lose muscle..
    your hormones will be optimal with your trt enough to get what you want with a nice diet alone as vette mentioned...
    another tip if you dont already know try switching up different excercises for different body parts so you're always utilizing new muscle fibers and keep your body guessing never quite comfortable/complacent

    the "hcg diet" is probably the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard of
