why are you taking the prami - you know fatigue and sleepiness are a side of that right?? and i think you might want to lower your t dose - a lot of guys actually feel better on a lower dose and t in the mid to upper range. IDK about Adrenal Fatigue.

I had 4 different test of it in the 130 range with a RR of <16.
It was 38 before I started taking anything for TRT.
And yes I did have a MRI which came back normal.

Sorry me and grammer does not make a good match, let me try this again.

I am taking the prami for 2 reasons.
I have had a sleep study done and I accually have restless leg syndrom and one of the things they proscribe for it is prami.
I have also had multiple test done where my prolactin levels where in the 130s with a referance range of < 16 before I started taking prami.
I would also like to note it was 38 with the < 16 referance range before I started on the TRT.
Since my prolactin levels where so high and my Test levels where low before I started the TRT I had an MRI done to make sure I didn't have something wrong with my Plutitary Gland.

Now I might be able to cut back the prami a tad but I am kind of happy with the Prolactin: 6.5 ng/ml on a Referance Range of < 15.1.

As far as the Test goes yes it is a bit high. The most resent shot I pulled to much out of the bottle and well, I hate the idea of wasting test.

Now I am currently in between docs because the last one retired and I have came to the conclusion I need to know enough to lead the doctors by the hand to the answers.
After all I did have to go for months with a very high prolatin level before I read they gave prami to people with restless leg syndrom and desided perhaps I should get tested for that. Once I started taking that I told my doctor I would like to have another test done because I had read that it might lower my prolactin levels and he agreed with me that if it did we would up the amount to get my prolactin levels where they should be.

Now I am down and out and thinking it might be Adrenal Fatigue.
I have most of the signs for it along with the just tested low DHEA levels, kind of low Glucose levels, and a very low Progesterone level. Only thing I didn't get tested was the Cortisol levels.

Lol well I guess I have more or less just answered my question.
I should go find a new endo, convince him to do a Cortisol level test and perhaps a few others to see if I do or don't have a problem.
If it isn't Adrenal Fatigue then I bet it is tied to my low DHEA and Progesterone levels.

that's much better lol. I dont know crap about rls, but do you think you could switch to cabergoline? I have taken both and the prami wiped me totally out - and I dosed it right and ramped up. Just a thought? Yeah, youre gonna have to get your cortisol level figured out. But you might try and switch to caber if you can - worth a shot I think.
