Thanks to a few recommendations from some members I have officially started the journey. I have a prescription for test cyp and Anastrozole caps that are on the way. It will be here Monday. Anyway I was told to take the anastrozole caps twice a week. Once on the day of injection and then two days later. Does this sound right? will that be enough? I know it is a low dose of test but just seemed odd to take it twice and it not be evenly spaced over the week.

Without knowing your test cyp and anastrozole doses it is impossible to know. If you want meaningful feedback post your protocol. Hopefully you trust your clinic! It will take up to 6 weeks or more to dial in your doses. You will need to get blood work at 6 to 8 weeks to guide dosage adjustments. Congrats on your decison and best of luck! I was so excited to finally get this done "legally" I don't think I even asked about the cyp strength. I am assuming it is 200mg a week. Heres what I was emailed...

Your protocol is as follows;

· Testosterone Cypionate 1cc IM (Intra-muscular) Weekly

· Anastrozole 1 cap 2x per week, 1 cap the day of injection, another cap 2 days later ie; Mon, Wed

That’s it, the only other recommendations are Zinc 50mg daily and Slow Niacin and Fish oil, take as directed. If you have any questions please call or email.

This is great! As I finished typing the last post, the doorbell rang. Fed Ex guy says "Happy holidays, I need a signature for this one." It was the stuff from the clinic. It got here early. The cypionate is dosed at 250 not 200. So looks like 250/week. I'm very happy!

No problems. The wife did the pinning for me. She is a proffesional at it...literally, she does that for a living. I took the first one on Sunday. On a related issue the anastozole is dosed at 1.2 mg per capsule. Should I be taking them evenly spaced throughout the week? Or as instructed one on the day of shot and then one two days later?

I'd say try the Arimidex the way they prescribed at first. I'd then suggest getting bloodwork around day 5-7 from your test pin to see where everything is at and tweak it if need be. I'm guessing that they have you taking the dose on days 1 and 3 because your Aromatase will spike the most the first few days after your test pin, but again...that's just an assumption.

I will be starting my fourth week tommorrow. Life is good. I'm trying to cut some weight so I can tell that the added test is starting to kick in because I'm not feeeling as fatigued during the lifting. Wife is happy also!
