    HGH at 19?

I'm 19 5'10 and weigh around 155 with 6% body fat, I'm pretty athletic but I want to go to the next level, and I was wondering if HGH would help me reach my goals faster? Training is easy it's the results in performance from the training I'm looking for, I want to be stronger and faster in less time so would this be beneficial or could it hurt me in the future?

At 19 you already produce a lot of growth hormone . Many here adhere to wait until at least 30 before even thinking about hgh. Reason being: You have the potential of risking a negative feedback loop. In essence this means that if you take synthetic hgh then your own natural pulse can start to rely on it thus shutting down your own growth hormone production. This will really mess with your endocrine system.

Please think of another way to get what you want. There is a challenge starting up in the Diet Question forum where all you have to do is announce you want to enter and you can enter on your own, or enter and request a personal trainer. I will get the link in a minute and post it for you. This challenge is the first ever here. Since you want to get stronger faster this might be perfect timing. The trainers will really set you in the right direction.
i hope to see your name on the list!
    WELCOME!

19 years old is a great age to ruin yourself. Don't even think about touching any form of growth hormones, you're only 19 years old. Putting on muscle takes time, AAS has it's place but its not for you. At 19 years old, you can develop anything from high blood pressure to testicular shutdown which will really f-k you up.

I know you want to be fit and muscular quickly, but this is not the way. At 19 years old, Creatine, Weight Gain Shakes, Fish, Lean Beef, Good Fats, etc will get you built up really quick. At 21 I weighed 158 like you and had a bf% like you not to mention I was a fat burning furnace. Just on eating rice, beans, all kinds of tasty fish (Fish can be bought for $5.00 /lb) beef, shakes, and creatine.....in 5 months I put on 50lbs. I had a size 32 waist, huge chest, arms, traps, lats....all natural. 5 months is not a long time if you start now.

especially since HGH is long term and takes at least 6 months! so, good point!
