Tamoxifen on TRT

Hi guys, Can I use Tamoxifen while I am on TRT to combat estrogen. Lets say 5-10mg ED. Or its bad idea in long term using of Tamoxifen. I live in country where its imposible to get Arimidex .
So can I stick with Tamoxifen in long term while i am on TRT?

- Clomid is hot garbage. Enclomiphene is far superior. Clomid will work for PCT, but why use it when you can use a compound with fewer issues and all the benefit?
