Just had blood test. Looking for help.
Hey all, I'm new to this forum and love it! I am 40, 5'10", 210 an an active crossfitter. I am in contact with a clinic (after MUCH searching) and had my blood test a couple days ago (will post results when I get them). My goals are not to bulk up but to loose the tire and gain lean muscle mass (is that too much to ask?). So that being said what should I be looking for from the clinic? The person I talked to mentioned 210 mg Test C (a week), and an anti-estrogen (forget the name) as well as Oxandrolone. He also mentioned HGH ( expensive I believe) I am not a body builder, Am I a fool to think that hard work in the gym proper diet and help from a clinic will get me the lean beach look? Any advise would be appreciated!

Sounds like you got lucky....
as far as the hgh, that is up to you. It does need to be run for at least 6 months since it is a long term thing so this might help you determine yea or ney

bloodwork back
lots of numbers here.. Looking for feedback.
Test serum 648 249-836
free test 12.2 6.8-21.5
LH (luteinizing hormone) 4.7 1.7-8.6
Estradiol 28.8 7.6-42.6
Sex hormone bind glob 58.9 14.5-48.4
Nothing real low, only SHBG was high (not good). Clinic still waiting on my physical, I hope I still qualify for treatment.
Did a little research and found this brief on SHBG.
Increases in SHBG often occur as a result of increases in serum estrogen. Estrogen values are often increased in men who are obese with a large waist circumference. Men who have elevated SHBG values can have symptoms of osteoporosis, osteopenia, muscle weakness, poor memory, depression, low level of sexual drive, poor erections and poor genital sensation.
Osteoporosis runs in my family and I have a couple of the other symptoms as well.
Anyone else on TRT with similar blood results?

your test levels are good,(Test serum 648 249-836). i was at 851 i think for my last blood test and im on 200 test cyp a week...i would not start trt with levels as good as yours..ever heard the old saying ..if it ain't broke dont fix it...you ain't broke, i tested at 242 when i started and doc said im broke and would go right back to that level if i stop trt..

Most here would kill for those numbers naturally. Clean up your diet, lift heavy, lower shbg and you will see your t numbers go even higher. I wouldnt jump on trt now. Your goals will determine whether you should think about a cycle or not. Just my two cents.

yeh for being an active crossfitter....how bad is the diet to keep a tire? if your working hard and your diet is decent i still would look into it

Is it pretty much "guaranteed" that if you do HRT for awhile and stop you will be *WORSE* off than you were when you started? Or does that just happen for a percentage of people. Because I swear ive done a couple "jump start" HRT programs and when I go off the stuff my levels are overall higher than they were before. Possible?

my proposed trt script
Here it is.
HCG 1/2 ml twice a week
anastazole 1 ml pill three times a week
test c 110 a week (6 month supply)
Stanozalol (winny) 50 ml a day- pill/lozenge 60 days
GHRB-6 3 months supply
The HCG is for testes atrophy, the anastazole- anti-estrogen, the test c to off set the winny which is used to combat high shbg. I was also told the winny will help with bf esp. the gut.
He wanted to give me HGH for a low IGF-1 count but offered GHRB-6 as a cheaper alternative. I can do the HGH but its costly! Is GHRB-6 worth it? I was told it will increase my natural gh and will also help with bf.
Whats everyone think? Taking all advice...

whoa! 8 weeks of oral winny will or might be too hard for your liver so the advices I can give you are first do some research on winny and make sure to get your liver screened every so often just to be on the safe side. And yes GHRP 6 works but be ready to get pinned twice a day for 3 months straight.
Good luck bro and be safe!

Thanks for the heads up on the winny. With the injects its something I would have to do every day, that is why he recommended the tabs. Any alternatives? Taking all input, new to all of this.

set back
So its been a bit since I wrote a post on whats up. I have been fighting some tendonitis (severe) since I got my script and have decided to hold off until I get over the tendonitis. I also took the advice seriously on the winny and did some research myself. I found it can be very harsh on tendons. It will/can make them bigger but also brittle and weaker. Other options are out there like deca , Eq and Anavar . That being said, I will not be doing the winny if I can get the doctor to give me an alternative instead.

So my clinic listened to my concerns on the winny (which I owe to you guys) and my tendonitis problem and sent me Deca to take intstead of the winny. I've been doing a lot of cardio while trying to get over the tendonitis. My question is should I start the scripts now and hit the weights or wait for the tendonitis to lessen?

from what I have read from other members is the deca works wonders for aches and pains in joints. And if your training you might as well start.

No real pain with pushing. Pullups, clean @ jerks, overhead squats, they hurt. Its in the soft tissue of my forearm and my bicep. Getting Pt (ultrasound, heat and e-stim). Did a squat clean/thruster workout yesterday and it feels good, so Im about to start.
