well you missed the JOKE of the century....

I celebrated my 3000 posts....and then 2 days later the admin took away 1000 and gave them to Sholva during a ongoing thread the 2 of us were on; thinking we would catch it on the spot....well neither one of us did so then later on I wondered where my post went and then Marcus chimed in with he knew where they were....and so forth..

so now they are all trying to make up for it.....in the LOUNGE

I am not seeing that doc at the moment and have not since we spoke...I have an appt with an endo at a top medical center next month to see what all is going on...my thyroid is all over the place...low then high.....so Hashimotos I think

Thanks guys! Truth of the matter, I've been dealing with a few complications. I have a marble size growth in my armpit that gets biopsied tomorrow, and I'm dealing with some pain issues involving the left side of my body. I've been able to maintain my workout regiment on my upper body, but legs has been virtually non-existent due to the pain I get from the left glute/hip down to my left foot. There's been some discussion of an autoimmune disease lately too, so my doctor should hopefully be able to elaborate some more with me tomorrow. We all go through some moments, this is just one those moments for me.

AR has been a good place to learn and help others. Hoping to continue being part of this team for a long time to come!
