    having bw on 14th now what

    would like to know what i should use im 50 a bit overweight ,exerciseing 3 mo now ,changed my diet and almost no gains,i beleive igf1 lr3,ghrh1-29 and testoserone booster is the way to go,some help please before i order

    dont know where youre ordering from but boosters aint as good as da real deal feller...are u not using a doctor? this is the best bet...at age 50 u shouldnt have any probs getting help

    I believe the dr will give me the testoserone ,whats the real deal. Im very new to all this, Ive read a great deal over the last 4 mo. the way i feel i know im lacking something.without info from those who have went thru this im shootin in the dark

    JP was talking about testosterone , you mentioned a testosterone booster which would be a pro hormone. I would get bloodwork done through your doctor and see what he wants to do for you. Post the results of your BW and what the doc suggests and get some feedback at that point. The first step is bloodwork

    Test boosters aren't those prohormones. A lot of times they'll give them a name similar to a prescription AI or SERM. And they allegedly block the conversion to estrogen. I think they're mostly hogwash, but whatever.

    At 50 and only been on the program for three month, I wouldn't worry too much about getting results yet. Modify your diet and do more cardio seem to be the best ways to drop weight. But yeah, I think he should see a physician and get a real medical treatment. Key to losing weight is to consume less calories than you use.
