Recovery
I am 32 was an avid athlete and weight lifter. I recently finished up a long recovery and have been given the green light to start lifting again, but find after almost 2 years off my recovery time is terrible and really making this difficult. I am going really slow to pevent any injuries but find it hard to stay motivated. Is there anything I can ask my MD about or supplement that can help improve my recovery time or speed up my gains?
I have cycled in the past but was for size and strength. Now I am looking to improve muscle indurance and cut so this is new to me.
Thanks,

Most of us on this forum are on testosterone ....most on low weekly doses that will give us test levels that we had in our youth or maybe even a lil better...most have witnessed their bodies and well being transforming back to or close to their youth...i assume you had an idea of this since you posted here?
welcome btw

Get tested for your hormone levels. If they are legitimately low, than TRT would help. For me, I was doing fine at the gym, TRT helped in other areas more...energy level, libido. If you don't have low levels or suffering from other symptoms, than seeking TRT would basically be doing a low dose cycle.
