Am I a candidate for HRT?

I apologize ahead of time for my lack of knowledge on this subject.
I've had syptoms for quite some time of what I perceive as low test. Although I seemed to have gotten the standard answer of "within range" at my Dr.
    Here's my information:
36 Y.O.M. / Good general health / Very fit, with frequent exercise and weight training / 5'9" 150 lbs approx: 10 to 12 % body fat / Symptoms of:
Lots of trouble sleeping, especially through the night / decreased energy to name a few.
Blood Work was "normal" for the most part with the following on test:
    Ref Rng / actual
    Test. total male: 300-1080 / 529
    Sex Hormone Binding: 11-80 / 45
    Test. Free male: 47-244 / 84
    Test. Free PCT: 1.6-2.9 / 1.6
    ALT: 10-40 / 32
    TSH Ultrasensitive: 0.35-5.5 / 1.07
Let me know if there is any other information that could be useful and I'll post it if I have it.
Would i be a candidate for HRT ?
Thanks in advance for your input:

I'm 36 so I guess I qualify in that respect. I'm not sure on the thyroid tast tho? I thought that's what the TSH Ultrasensitive was? I know I've had it checked in the past and it came back normal. My dr had it checked due to my struggle gaining and keeping weight on.

Thought so but wasn't sure. Now to figure out my next move in this process? I looked into one HRT clinic I saw mentioned on here some time ago but it's turned into something similar to being sold a used car by a pushy salesman so I don't think I'm interested in that type of "help" ? If anyone has any suggestions let me know. I always appreciate advice.

Hypothyroidism has many of the same symptoms as Low T. Your panel is normal and I don't think even an anit aging clinic will prescribe with Total T over 500 and a Free T of 1.6%.

You really need a more complete and thorough blood work to find out what else is causing your symptoms.

ok, cool... thanks for the info.
What type of blood screen should I be looking for? Just wondering what road I need to go down if the HRT clinic isn't an option or if an endo is also not an option?
My Dr. and i are good friends and I am in the medical field so he usually will consider my suggestions.
Let me know what you all think...
thanks alot everyone... great input so far!

also, maybe i sould have mentioned that i have had issues with m.p.b. (hair d ay) for the past few years. My Dr. put me on finasteride, of which i take between 2 and 2.5 mg. per day (i actually cut a 5mg. pill in half and take that which is a lot cheaper than the 1mg. propecia version)
would that have any affect on my levels or is is there some correlation between the DHT levels and symptoms?
    just wondering, thanks
