    Injection Soreness

This is Sunday and my last injection was Friday. I mixed injectable B12 with my test so I injected 1ml of each 2ml total In the glute. I went a little lower than usual but not by much. I have this throbbing soreness since.

I have been a little sore before but not this much or this long. It hurts to press on it but there is no lump everything feels fine. No bruising either just a deep soreness. I'm gonna start injecting my B12 separately.

Has anyone else had this before? Anything I should worry about?

I've had a little soreness when injecting B12 the first few times, even by itself, but then it was fine. Maybe you hit a vein or nerve or something.

Make sure you inject SLOWLY. If you are holding the syringe at an angle to make sure the B12 is the last to come out (so as not to waste any t) be careful with the amount of pressure - when you get to the thin B12 it will shoot into the muscle at a high velocity and maybe bruise the muscle.

Take your next syringe when you are done, fill it with water and apply the same pressure you normally do and see what it looks like coming out of the needle - thats is how it is dispersing into the muscle.

I shook the syringe to mix the B12 and test as much as I could then pushed the air out which was hard to determine after shaking it. I probably injected too fast as well. I think I will try your method next time so draw the test first then draw the B12 don't shake them so when you push the air out you push B12 out and not test then inject slowly correct? Also I am still pretty sore and it's Tuesday and I injected Friday. I inject again this coming Friday
