First HGH shot

Last night I did my first HGH 2iu's before bed... I did it by the book... has anybody had trouble sleeping or some anxiety and crazy dreams after shot ? or maybe ijust had a sus 250 spike because i shot yesterday morning, any ideas ?

GREAT dreams on hgh and no anxiety.....but...injecting before bed? are you over 40-50?

AM is recommended otherwise. PM dosing is for anti-aging.

just checked....since 45 PM is fine.....but if you can inject in the AM it is actually better because it also helps to blunt cortisol which is desired....

some of the members in the HGH forum inject early AM in the wee hours of the morning and then go back to sleep for a couple of hours....

make sure no eating an hour before/after pinning....especially carbs

im 45 and maybe ill try the am. i wish i could do the wee hrs but if i get up ill never go back. wish i had a frig in my bathroom LOL.. but its in the garage. how long can ileave it in the siring not cold ?

I preloaded mine and kept them in a styrofoam cooler near my bed....but if this bothers you, which it did me, then just go ahead and pin when you get up....and if this is too close to when you eat, then bedtime will be okay....especially since you are not under 40....the main thing is consistency...you will be fine. There is debate over this timing anyway.

Because HGH slows your glucose intake which is why it is so important to not eat carbs near injection time....
so if carbs are taken near injection time over a period of time, then there is a chance of developing Diabetes Type 2.....
