Just keep in mind that after a while at that dose you easily could start converting too much to estradiol.
The total amount is of E2 is important, not just the ratio.
So just keep an eye on it. If you start losing your morning wood and are getting a puffy look, etc... You will want to get a blood test to see where your E2 levels are.
Might be a good idea to donate blood every 60, or 120 days to keep your RBC from getting too high.
For me 200mg EW was enought that I would need an AI at that dose. Eventually too much was becomeing Estradiol, and it was causing ED.
Lately I have lowered my total dose to 120mg EW, split into 60mg 2x EW, so that I can perhaps get by without needing any AI.
You are 40, so TRT is really not a bad option given your age even if you have never used anything more anabolic than tic-tacs.

Sure it can. Just there are some lipid sides that can happen (high LDL, low HDL) from having sky high test and very little E2.
In other words, the ratio of T to E2 is important for your lipids, but total E2 is important for Erectile health and blood pressure etc...
So the idea is to have the Ratio be correct, as well as the total be correct 20-30pg/ml tend to be most people's sweet spot.
Some guys need to be on an AI at ANY dose of test, while others (which I'm hoping I am) can get the E2 right by having the right amount of test.
