My general MD who took my blood results told me to see a Urologist not an Endo doctor but everyone on this board says see an Endo doctor. What is everyone opinion please

Well, it probably depends on the doctor you end up seeing, but generalizing...I'd say that the urologist may be more willing to treat a man's symptoms from hypogonadism than an endo would. The endo would probably be more knowledgeable about the HPTA axis and hormones in general than would a urologist. Broad generalizations for sure though. It seems like a few guys around here have received pretty good/aggresive treatment from their urologist. My endo., on the other hand, is very conservative and "old school". Started me off on EOW injections of test. cyp. when we all know that is too long an interval.

An anti-aging specialist, if you could find one, might be the way to go. But, I'm just "yapping".

maybe yapping but pretty accurate from what i've seen...either can write the script...

if he recommended/referred a certain one and can vouch for them then might b worth a stab otherwise you may be better off interviewing both...to chose one it would depend on your case and what you want (if you had to choose one)
as jeff said, the endo SHOULD be most knowledgeable..

myself if i were going for the one i would hope write the inject script, i would call one first and ask if they do that before making the appt.

Same thing that I went through, Primary care doc broke it down for me, a Urologist is a MANS doctor and an Endo is a more scientific geeky doctor and yes is usually more conservative. I went to my Urologist that my primary care refereed me to and it has been awesome, no questions asked raised me to 240/6days and said to have fun and I feel great.
