^^^^ now that is SO SO true!!!

Finding a good one takes a lot of searching and calling since most of them are not up to date. And then again others are over the top. So finding one "jussssssst right" is a HUNT~

get labs done, lose the bf, get labs done again, maybe use an AI to lower E2 after you have started dropping the pounds. (this of course if your labs are normal except for the E2, even if your free t is a little low, dropping the BF with weight loss and/or use of an AI will push that number up). Just a thought. Would hate to see you jump on hrt if you dont need to.

I was prolly around 28-30. And I jumped on trt BEFORE starting to lose the weight - and had a hell of a time getting things dialed in right - took about 6-7 months before I figured things out enough (err, realizing that the high BF and the huge gut was the root of most of my problems and how important lowering E2 was) to start losing the bf. I wish I had taken my advise above before starting the t. Now I am not saying that trt did not help - I am sure it did. But if I knew then what I know I would have done it differently - or at least tried.

well said...i too was 20% plus before trt and was so for some time and it was indeed the T that seemed to be the only thing missing for me as i did nothing different after trt and was able to drop bf again...again meaning that i was probably closer to 30% and had lost 30lbs before trt
