Need Help with HCG mixing and Prgram !!

Just got back from the Doc here's what I got

Test Cyp 2,000 mg / 10 ml bottle ( inject 0.5 ml once every 7 days )

Novarel (HCG ) 10,000 usp units ( inject 350 mg three times a week )

Victoza pen 6 mg / ml ( inject 0.6 mg daily for 7 days then 1.2 mg once daily )

How solution do I put in the Novarel ?? And how does this sound ??

i am assuming you meant 200 mg/10ml not 2,000 mg/10ml! 100 mgs a week ain't much! how old are you and did you do blood work?

Mental fart there bass? Test Cyp is 2,000/10ml bottle so that is 200 mg/ml. You'll confuse the newbie.

The Hcg is in IU, not mg. So u will be injecting 350iu/ 3x week. The solution u will be using is Bacteriostatic Water. Hopfully the Dr supplied u with a 30ml jug(it is available on AR-R if not) because the 2 amps that come with the HCG usually wont be enough. Here are some directions that I use from
SOA700:

Mixing it as described below will give you 16 prefilled syringes containing 0.5 ml/312.5 iu HCG.

After much research on this & other forums I have concluded that mixed & refridgerated like this (using bac water only) it is good for approx 30 days (BTW, this is how I do it & have had no problems):

Ensure that the procedure is performed in a sterile environment (wipe down surfaces & apparatus with alcohol wipes), wear sterile gloves & avoid breathing over soulution.

Pull an empty 5 ml syringe back to the 1 ml mark then push this air into the 30 ml vial of bac water & draw out 1 ml of water. Now empty the 1 ml of water into the 5000 iu amp of HCG, draw this up again & empty it into a clean sterile 10 ml vial.

Now pull the empty 5 ml syringe back to the 5 ml mark & empty this air into the 30 ml vial of bac water & dray out 5 ml of water. Empty this into your 10 ml vial & repeat procedure but this time only 2 ml of water. You now have 8 ml of water in which to make up 16 prefilled syringes containing 0.5 ml/300 iu HCG.

Now fill 16 insulin type 1 ml syringes (27,29 or 31 Gauge) with 0.5 ml of the mixed solution & place in a sterile container (wipe out container with some alcohol wipes before using & ensure container is non tranlucent to avoid deterioration from light every time the fridge is opened).

Note: It is stated on the product description (Pregnyl brand) not to freeze. This is because HCG is extremely sensitive to temperature & shock (i.e. handle with care when transporting).

If you add 3 cc's of bac water in a 10,000iu vial of HCG , then your mix would be 3,333iu per cc. When you take your injection you'd take 11 units on an insulin syringe. Your ratio would be 33.3 iu HCG = 1 insulin unit.

i personally think that much HCG is not necessary on TRT, but thats your call. I would mix like jiminak suggested if you do the 350iu protocol.

if you go with 500 iu a week like most. if you mix with 4 ml, 10 units will be 250iu.

i use HCG @ 250iu every three days on a cycle. i also think 350iu/3x week is a bit much.

there's also the issue of using it too long, although i'm not sure what the exact criteria for that is, as i limit my HCG usage to about 8 - 10 weeks maximum duration.

there is def some down regulation, its good to take a break from time to time. its not perm though.
