Opinions needed on recent bloodwork
Okay had bloodwork done last week. My current therapy is 1ml of 210mg/ml test cyp. weekly, 1mg of anastrozole first 2 days after injection (original protocol was 3 days), 400 units HCG on days 4 and 5. I had a problem with stanozolol on my last round of therapy after 4 weeks I felt awful and had bad knee and wrist pain. Did bloodwork then and stanozolol ruined my lipid panel. Its back to normal now. Okay here's a side by side comparison.
from february most recent
Glucose serum 81 95
BUN 14 16
Creatinine serum .95 1.08
eGFR nonafrican am >59 84
BUn creatinine ratio 15 15
Calcium 10.2 10.5
AST (SGOT) 42 high 19
cholesterol 254 HIGH 136
triglycerides 142 74
HDL 16 low 49
VLDL 28 15
LDL 210 high 72
LDL/HDL 13.1 high 1.5
TSH 1.4 4.22
T4 4.2 low 6.2
T3 uptake 50 high 36
free thyroxine 2.1 2.2
ILGFI 173 260
Test serum 1266 high 930
free test 51.9 high 34.9
RBC 5.28 5.75
hemoglobin 15.7 17.3
hematocrit 47.5 51.0
LH <0.2 low <0.2
FSH <0.2 low 0.4
estradiol 30.2 34
PSA 0.6 0.9
SHBG 3.0 low 10.3
I can't seem to get my calcium level below 10.2 it's been between 10.2 and 10.5 for years now. I stopped taking my daily multi vitamin, quit using milk in my protien shake, and quit eating yogurt. The other thing that I noticed this time was my PSA went from .6 to .9 I know this isn't a big jump but its been consistantly at.6 for years I am in my mid 40's. I have heard about donating blood to bring down RBC and hematocrit. Shouldn't I be concerned about the extra hormones in my blood going to someone who might not need them? What would cause the eGFR to go up? and what would cause my ILGFI to go up? The most recent bloodwork was done 7 days after test c injection. The earlier bloodwork was done 4 days after injection. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. The nurse at the clinic I use still hasn't got back to me and the salesdork is an idiot so I won't listen to anything he says. He told me that the stanozolol might have caused the cholesterol spike, but probably just my diet. My cholesterol has always been great and the bloodwork shows that it was the stanozolol.Last edited by optionsdude; 06-13-2011 at 12:50 AM. Reason: no separation in the numbers posted

I had these spaced out more but for some reason it clumped it all together the first numbers are the prior bloodwork from feb. and the second numbers are the most recent ones.

Your RBC/hematocrit looks OK for now. If the levels rise above normal, then you will want to donate blood periodically to bring the levels into the normal range. The Red Cross has a list of meds which disqualify you from donating (as well as a bunch of other health stuff). Testosterone isn't on their list as long as you are being prescribed by a doctor. The donee of your blood won't be affected by the small amount they might receive.

i suggest to donate blood while its in the normal range otherwise they will reject you like they did with me, its a mess once you go on their computer with high numbers, they will want you to do all kinds of paperwork from your doctor/clinic stating that you are okay and the high readings are due to medications and so forth. your lipid panel looks great compare to before, and your kidneys definitely look much better, your eGFR is great, your creatinine went up a little because you probably have more muscles now. but go give blood ASAP, you are on the border line now for blood donation!

On the calcium it puts you at high risk for kidney stones, don't want 'em. I don't know what EGFR or ILGFI is but they both went up I thought someone here might know. If you noticed my lipid profile went back to normal after I quit the winstrol. The time difference is around 3 months from when I quit the winstrol

Thanks guys for the help I appreciate it. Bass any idea whay my EGFR and ILGFI went up? I can tell you guys one thing I won't do winstrol again. WHen I saw those lipid numbers I was pissed, I eat very healthy and my numbers have always been great. Not to mention the salesdork kept saying it wasn't the winstrol.

eGFR also known as cGFR is the kidney filtration rate, the higher the better!

Thanks Bass I appreciate it. This forum rocks. I like the way everyone helps each other out. If I ever get into anything a good forum is always the best bet. I learned how to make biodiesel on a forum, and I also belong to the TDR a forum for dodge diesel owners. Thanks everyone.
