Its go time - impregnated my wife!
Bloodwork.pdf
I created a zygote in my wife's uterus!!! Not only is this great news because it will be my first born BUT also means I can finally start TRT.
I am 6'4", 208 lbs, probably 14% bf, 33 years old
I have been seeing Endocrine that has been telling me that as soon as I am ready he will start my TRT treatment. Well after my last visit he has changed his tune and wants to put me on thyroid medication which doesnt make sense to me as my thyroid levels seem to be in tolerance.
So I have an appointment with a highly recommended Urologist on July 8th which will hopefully put me on the proper TRT treatment.
When I go into his office I would like to make sure he does additional bloodwork for my base line. Please see attached BW. I know I am missing some things such as Estriadial. Is there any other items I am missing and should request testing?
I would also like to have a protocal recommendation.
Test 200 mg / week
AI?
HCG ?
In short, I would like to go in there with a complete plan. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that means that you knocked up your old lady......right? Congrats!!!
Print off articles by Docs like Crisler.....go prepared.
Protocol will be up to your doc but I prefer pinning every 5 days, some even go smaller doses twice a week, keeps levels more stable.

Congratulations on a job well done. You can cross that off the list and not worry about it again for at least a year.
Good luck with the doc. Do lots of reading.

Don't forget the single most important thing. Get a Paternity test done. Yeah yeah I have heard it a million times, it's mine but I have also heard all the stories of later in life they find out it's not. Why not? Getting tested does not mean you don't trust her, only means you are not leaving anything to chance.

You are embarking on an incredible experience, having kids. Best thing I have ever done...ever. My experience has been good. Congrats on getting the job done! Best wishes.

congratulations on sending an olympic swimmer to represent...
about trt protocol....in my almost 6 years on trt and reading posts about trt here, i recommend starting low with the test and only the test(100mg is a good start) and adding in the hcg after you get dialed in on a dose maybe droppin the test slightly when u add that and AI to be determined by follow up bloodworks as doing bloodwork early on the e2 wont have time to wreak any havoc....by adding one compound at a time and starting slow/low you can get in tune with your bodys needs and responses from each compound...hope this makes sense..
bump for more o's

congrates on first! well done!..hey about doc wanting to put you that thyroid medication, if i was your age i would diffenitly try that first,my boss at work is on that because of cancer treatment/cemo....it has worked great for him...as for as doing 200mgs a week that is more than a nuff to shut your natural test production down and i would think your wife would not be too excited about that if she knew what your hopeing to do...please give doc a chance first before you jump into a world of ups and downs etc...just my advice....im forty six with two teenage kids so i dont have to worry about that part of life anymore....take it slow.......read as much as you can,,youve got time...good luck and i wish you and your family the best!

I saw Eurologist today. Because I am still young and want to have additional children he didnt want me to start TRT. He gave me a script for Clomid 25mg ED. I am supposed to get BW again in 3 months. I am fine taking baby steps especially if the Clomid works.
Has anyone else tried this approach to their low t?
If so how did work for you?
Any other thoughts?
