What are all the Symtoms of Low and High Estrogen???

I would like to know if there is someone that has a list of all the typical symptoms for low and high E levels.

From what I understand some of the symptoms can be the same for high and low depending on the individual.

I ask this because I have been really sore lately. The soreness is practically everywhere. I go in for blood work this week so I should find out where my E levels are.

Any information or thoughts are appreciated.

    Thanks.

i think there are some differences and here are a few that i can think of just to bump for your thread

high E- bloat, acne, itchy/sensitive nips...

low E- achey joints, low libido(this i think is from high E as well)....

like JP said, and i like to add that my skin wrinkles when i have low E, also the top of my fingers right where the nails grow out of looks wrinkly, kind of dried out! and for high E my face right under my ears puffs up a little, water retention i guess! also my shin muscles ache like a SOB especially when i walk! and finally this one doesn't make sense but it happens to me, the same area on my fingers where it wrinkles on low E the skin peels off when i have high E!

    Interesting Bass...

I have been experiencing some joint pain in my elbows and I have also found that I am just sore everywhere. I hope my labs will give me more of a clue as to what is up.

Sounds like I may have low E.

Do you take an AI now? Low and mid back aches, knees hurt a little with low e .............high e makes me moody, slightly sensitive nipples, little bit of acne.

Overall low grade muscle ache is a symptom of low E for me. I seem to have the same moody issues on both low and high E. In fact a lot of my low and high E symptoms are the same. I know it's high E instead of low E if my nipples are tender.

No. 6 weeks ago my E only came back at 16 based on (10-42)

I've been thinking that I am probably shut down now and I need to get on HCG and maybe will need an increase in my T dose.

i doubt you have low E, you been on test for 6 weeks i am sure allot of that has concerted to E, if not then you maybe one of 100 who doesn't convert! i am curious to see your blood work results!

I get those symptoms from low E; I also get them from high E! This is the problem with E symptoms, hard to tell from high and low until you get some experience and figure our your body's reactions. The only consistent difference seems to be water retention, from what I have experienced. That is unless you are sensative and get gyno too. If you have sore nipples that never means low E.

Well the results are in and instead of being low E it is high E. 63.3 pg/ml (10-42). So it seems to me that when I have high E I get achy joints and feel like my muscles are always sore.

63 is not bad after all that time, so you may not need whole lot of AI! but it is interesting how it effects everyone differently! so are you on IA now and at what dose?

No AI yet. I hope that my doctor prescribes an AI and doesn't try to lower my T dose to get my E lower.
