HCG When Traveling For A Week

I am currently using Fortesta gel daily and 500ui of HCG EOD. I am going out of town for a week. Do you see any significant downside of not using HCG for about six days?

welcome Jake! So, 500iu EOD seems like a high dosage in my opinion. I know I am shooting 500iu 2x per week and that's also considered high by quite a few here that think 250iu to 300iu 2x per week is OK (or every third day). As far as not having any for 6 days, I don't see why you won't be OK. I know there are many who don't even use HCG at all, or if people do, they follow Dr. Chrisler's dosing schedule of HCG on the 5th and 6th days following your Test injection, so you'll be no different. I personally didn't start using HCG for many months (around 6 IIFC) and survived just fine without it. I say don't sweat it and just continue your regularly-scheduled dosing when you return.

On another note, why won't you bring your HCG with you while out of town - is it due to refrigeration or anything else?

This time I could take the HCG with me, but I wanted to avoid the refrigeration hassle if I could without any significant downside. At times, I travel internationally so the hassle factor increases as ice and refrigeration is not readily available.

Regarding my dose, 500ui, that is what my doctor prescribed, so I kept it there. I may drop it in future after I get my next BW test results.

I travel out-of-state a few times a year to the hot hot south. I never take my HCG . I just skip HCG that week. I do make sure and do an injection the day before or day of the trip. That's about it.

I have never noticed any downside to this practice. If I was travelling all the time this might be an issue; just don't know about that.

For those of you who do travel with hCG /injectables in fragile vials, how do you pack them? In a hard case or something?
