Although I don't think I have to worry about losing this doc. After talking with her about the direction I would like my protocol to go and sharing some of the info I've learned here. She seemed impressed by the research I've put in and asked me if I could print some of the studies I've found here, so she can read and learn some more.

A little but as long as I'm bringing her CORRECT info then I'll feel as though I've done my part in having a hand in helping many people have a better life through proper protocols.

Just did my first self injection. Went smooth and virtually painless. Took forever to draw up because walgreens only provided me with 25g needles. On a side note I discovered that my 1ml vials are actually 1.5 ml

Walgreens is weird, they dont even seem to know what they really have most of the time. Even when I go to other pharmacies I have to have them bring the boxes to me so I can sort it out. Either order online or go to another pharmacy and get some 22g for drawing. I think 18 is a little big and can leave a hole in the seal that can leak.

I know people like to draw with 18g because it's so quick but not all stoppers are created equal. Some are harder than others and can easily leak so I stick with 22g most of the time or if it's a stiff/hard stopper I just go with 25g. It's a little upsetting when you find a puddle of oil.
