    Arimidex or Aromasin or anastrozole

    Arimidex or Aromasin or Anastrozole which of the three is the best, at the same doses, what are the differenties?

    Arimidex is the brand name for anastrozole.

    Exemestane (Aromasin ) is a Type I AI, a suicide inhibitor- it attaches to the aromatase enzyme and disables it preventing a rebound effect where as Anastrozole (Arimidex ) is a Type II AI, it competes for the enzyme but doesn't destroy it.
