Ok bro's. Just want some other eyes looking at this other than mine. Day 5 after weekly 200mg test c injection. HCG twice a week for a 500 total. Adex .5 three times a week. Vit d, 10000/day - thats about it.

test nice and high(surprised not higher after only 5 days afte shot but irrelevant)

e2 if symptoms all good i wouldnt change a thing even though it doesnt fall into the dreaded 20-30 club(feeling strong and energetic and swingin da big bat)

Hadd total down to 199at one point but still backwards. Think the e2 has kept me from fckn reeling my best along with the high rbc. I do donate every six weeks. Absolutely no problemos down under though. Total is in line with previous ranges for me aty that dose. I have been using ethyl oleate in my compounded C so not sure how that effects half life exactly yet.

Pretty pleased for the most part, just wanted you guys to look and make sure I wasn't missing anything....

Consider more AI. Having that <= 30 is best. 200 mg Test a week plus HCG typcially requires more than 1.5 mg of AI.
Whatever is causing your stress (high cortisol), reduce that
Donate blood, soon.

I donate every six weeks and that was about three weeks ago. it was st 57 then. Gonna take .5 ed for a week then 1 eod for a couple of weeks and see how I feel.

yes - it will be more than i have ever taken. but the e2 level is consistent with my last labs about 6 months ago - so I am going to try and get on top of it again, and then back off a little. max dose will be 3.5mg's the first week - so that does not scare me too much. I will be able to tell if it gets to low. interestingly enough, my bf has gone up a tick and I am sure that has a direct effect on my level.

Flats - I just calculated your percent Free and precent Bio Available; these two are mission critical.

Here's how you look:

Free T: 2.99% (Ideal is 2 - 3%)
Bio Available: 78% (Ideal is aprox. >60%)

Thanks for that. Just need to get my rbc' s in check and lower my e2 a little and I will be golden. Hope I can get him to write an rx to give blood more than every six weeks. Resuming my bf loss quest will aid as well in the big picture.

Flats, when I was on my "mini" blast I ended up creeping my adex up to 1mg 3x week........basically started the day of injection and then eod until the end of week when I would skip 2 days..........I don't have blood work to back it up but I felt great when I hit that level.......that was on 200mg cyp e5d

Been following my above protocol on the adex and backing off a little more as morning wood has not been what it was when e2 was higher. Funny, JP, my doc said not to increase my adex, but to lower my tests to .9 ml's a week. Dont really feel any better, so I am assuming it is my high iron. Guess ou am going yo have to pay to get some more drawn out.
