GHRP 6 Side Effect
Hey guys, as I mentioned in a previous post I have begun taken Sermorelin/GHRP-6. I'm in my second week so far. I take it SubQ nightly.
So far I have discovered what others talked about as far as the GHRP having a side effect of intense hunger. I made a mental note and decided that I would just ignore it until I fell asleep. Well that hasn't worked out so well. The hunger is very intense and although I have tried to ignore it the problem is that I can't fall asleep when all I can think of is food. So every night I get up and attack the kitchen for whatever I find first. My hunger is not discriminating on carbs/protein.
So my question is this. Rather than fight it by ignoring it, I am going to eat right after taking the shot. What are some good foods that I can eat right before bed that won't jack up my blood sugar and keep me awake and more importantly what foods are good(if any) to eat before bed that won't pack on fat?
I've read cottage cheese is a good one. Does anyone concur with this?
Also, does eating before bed cause problems with the body not getting proper rest?

you should eat before you go to bed anyway! yes cottage cheese is good and a hand full of almonds! Also a good lean steak will keep your stomach happy during the night!

I think you want to wait 1/2 hour after shot before eating. Just something to look into. From what I have read, low-carb is not the best solution either. Again, something to look into since I have no experience.

I've taken GHRP-6 and am currently in month 3 of another run. You get used to the hunger hits and they can get milder. I break my shots up into right when I arise and before I go to bed. As GotNoBlueMilk mentions above, you want to wait 20-30 minutes after the shot to eat, as any food ingested during that timeframe can blunt the GH spike.

The only good reason for using GHRP-6 is for the instant appetite increase while bulking.
If you just want a GH boost, use GHRP-2 stacked with Mod-GRF [1-29]. That will be much more effective, and it won't make you hungry.

Bonaparte, great advice. I'm researching the options between ghrp 2 & 6 and sermorelin or mod grf. I think your post is putting me over the top. So now I need to figure out what the effective doses are for ghrp2 and mod grf 1-29. Seems like 100-200mcg is the number, probably closer to 200mcg. Is that split between am/pm or is that the amount taken at each administration? I'm 38, 6'2", and 205, about 13%BF. ty
