What supplements are you taking while on TRT and how would you rate them.

Been reading up on various supplements to take while on TRT. Currently only taking multi and B12 with my inj. What are you taking and what do you think about it. There is a whole shelf at my compounding pharmacy of supplements. I'm talking like Zinc and others not all the raise your test stuff on the market. I took superdrol years ago and it worked but it made me feel like shit. Probably why im on TRT today

God, where do I start! Here are some key supps I think men should consider as part of their supplement protocol:

    1. Excellent multi mineral vitamin (not supermarket crap)
    2. Vit E, D3, K1, K2, C, B6, B12
    3. Zinc
    4. Lycopene
    5. Calcium/Mag/Zinc
    6. Phosphatidylcholine
    7. Selenium & Kelp (Think Thyroid health)
    8. Acety-L-Carnitine
    9. Calcium D-Glucarate
    10. Fish Oil
    11. A good EPO/NO stack like "EPONOX"
    12. Protein/Creatine Monohydrate shakes

It's not just the ink, but the ink is two beasts fighting on his back, or two really ugly somethings trying to have sex. I can't tell which from the avatar.
