7 lbs in 6 weeks isn't that much. Keep in mind that you are probably training harder now that you are on TRT, even if it doesn't seem like it. That alone could account for the weight, provided you never increased your food consumption.

Yes, I did. I lost about 10 pounds within two months of starting TRT, then proceeded to go on a diet (Nutrisystem) and lost another 35 pounds. I also exercised during this period of time. No doubt the diet was responsible for most of the weight loss, but I still feel that TRT helped some. Keeping the weight off too and shooting for another 5-8 pounds of weight loss. Our August trip to the beach set me back a bit....beer!

Agree with GotNoBlueMilk. You probably just need to increase your calories.
I am losing weight on TRT but I am dieting and trying to cut my body fat.

    Calories in / Calories out

That's the bottom line. Consume more than you burn, you gain. Burn more than you consume, you lose.

There is no more to weight loss or gain. (besides fluid retention or dehydration)

Sure there are a million variables on how much your burning and way......but the above is the bottom line.

    Smile fitness

in order to achieve the desired health fitness we should concentrate on taking proper diet in our life. A proper diet means an adequate amount of protien , vitamins , minerals and other supplements like silica ,zeolite and other chemtrails which suits our body.
